Facilities
- Parking: For direct bookings, each apartment includes a specific number of free parking spaces in the underground car park our carport. Please let us know in advance if further parking spaces are required (€ 8.50 per additional car/night). For bookings via booking platforms (Feratel or Booking.com), each parking space costs € 8.50 per car per night.
- E-charging point for cars (subject to charge)
- Free WiFi throughout the building
- Ski storage: safely store your sports equipment in your own heated locker.
- Luggage room: we offer free luggage storage prior to check-in on your day of arrival and after checking out on your day of departure.

- Espresso machine with capsules (capsules available to purchase), filter coffee machine (filters provided), toaster, kettle, dishwasher tabs, tea towels & detergent can all be found in the apartment
- Bed linen, bath towels & hand towels are provided in all apartments. One sauna towel is also provided per guest for the private sauna.
- 1 x weekly emptying of the rubbish separation bin
- 1 x weekly change of hand towels for stays of a least 7 days

We can assure you, we will do everything we can to ensure that you enjoy a wonderful and above all a "safe" holiday with us:
- Plenty of space for comfort & distance. The generous room layout in our apartment building allow us to maintain necessary social distancing throughout the building.
- The opportunity to regularly sanitise your hands (contactless) in the lobby
- Your apartment will be disinfected before your arrival as a precautionary measure, particularly the critical touchpoints (door and window handles, remote controls, taps, etc.).
- We trust in your personal responsibility – for your sake of your safety and ours.

Worth Knowing
Deposit: 30 % of the total amount | Deposit deadline: 7 days after completing the booking
Check-in: from 16.00 hrs
Check-out: by 10.00 hrs
Holidays with dogs: a stay together with your four-legged friend is on request and possible subject to an additional charge of € 20.00 per night. We require valid insurance against possible damages.
Travel cancellation insurance: things often turn out differently than you think! Please also take precautions for a carefree holiday and take out travel cancellation insurance. Europäische Reiseversicherung offers a suitable package - true to the motto "Special times call for special measures" --> Europäischen Reiseversicherung
Cancellation policy:
In these uncertain times, we wish to offer you maximum flexibility in your holiday planning. We therefore offer you FREE CANCELLATION if one of the following reasons apply:
- Border closure
- If our region is declared a Risikogebiet (risk area) with the highest level 7 days prior to arrival
- Lockdown
- A general travel ban imposed by our or your government
Should any of the above occur, please rebook your holiday instead of cancelling.
- Free cancellation due to Covid-19 is possible at any time if all travel is not possible due to travel warnings, quarantine regulations or similar.
- We will be pleased to hold your deposit for you – the next carefree holiday with us in Gerlos is sure to come. Of course we will refund your deposit on request.
Otherwise the following cancellation policy applies:
- from the time of booking we charge 30 % of the total prices
- from 4 weeks before arrival we charge 70 %
- up to 7 days before arrive we charge 90 % of the booked services
- for non-arrivals and early departures we charge 100 % of the total price
In the event of cancellation, please inform us in good time. Cancellation must be made in writing by the guest. The cancellation conditions apply irrespective of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in whole or in part. The place of jurisdiction is in 6280 Zell am Ziller/Austria.
