Cross-Country Skiing
Whether skating or classic - there is something for everyone on the numerous trails in the villages of Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Wald-Königsleiten and Krimml-Hochkrimml. A special treat is the high-altitude cross-country ski trail in Hochkrimml. In a romantic location at 1,640 m above sea level, you can start your cross-country skiing directly from your accommodation and enjoy the wonderful unspoilt landscape. In Schönachtal, a side valley of Gerlos, you can even experience the winter landscape in the evening, because 1.5 km of the cross-country trail are floodlit 17.00 to 22.00 hrs.
